Mr. P. K. Ranwaka
Mr. Pramod Kumar Ranwaka brings with him over three decades of educational leadership and innovation. His experience includes 25 years of service at Mayo College, Ajmer—India’s premier fully residential heritage institution—where he held key positions such as Head of Mathematics and Computer Science, Vice Principal (Academics), and eventually Principal. He went on to become the founding principal of Birla International School, Kishangarh, Ajmer, playing a pivotal role in establishing it as a world-class co-educational residential school.
His leadership extends beyond Indian borders, having led an international school in the Middle East and visited institutions in Germany to study modern pedagogical approaches. At AVN Lakefield Global School, Mr. Ranwaka envisions an educational environment that balances academic depth with character development. His goal is to instill confidence, curiosity, and integrity in every student. With a global mindset and a deep respect for Indian values, he continues to guide the institution towards excellence, making it a beacon for nurturing future-ready leaders.
